The group was formed by Sumit Lal to network all those interested in Power Yoga. Power Yoga is a process in which you learn the limits of your body, then learn how to expand those limits, a little further each day, until you are evolving and transforming yourself with each new workout. We have members of all age groups across the globe. 

Batch Timing-
Days and Time (regular batches):
                                                   Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday : 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm. (Evening) - (currently ongoing)
           Rs.2000 per month for 4 sessions a week - monthly 16 sessions. Full  Fees is to be paid in advance at the time of joining.The monthly payment cycle is 1st / 5th / 10th / 15th / 20th or 25th of every month. Fees will not be adjusted for missed classes.
