Medical Yogatherapy Training has four parts:- Yoga for Health.
- Yoga for Gynaec & Obstetrics.
- Yoga for Psychosomatic Disorders.
- Yoga for Degenerative Musculoskeletal Disorders.
Medical Details of these four parts are taught in this Medical Yogatherapy Training. Medical Yogatherapy taught in this Training consists of Classical Yoga Postures, Modified Yoga Postures with props, use of ropes and belts, Conscious Relaxation and Breathing Techniques, (CRBT) Pranayam, Pratyahar, Dharana and Dhyan(Meditation).
